Welcome to the Australian Centre for Career Education (ACCE) Professional Learning Program - Beyond the Qualification: Professional Learning for Career Development

As the world of work continues to evolve, so too must the knowledge, skills, and confidence of those supporting others in their career journeys. ACCE's national non-accredited training program has been developed to provide career development practitioners, educators, employment service professionals, community organisations, and leaders with contemporary, practical professional learning that can be applied immediately in practice.

Our workshops are designed and delivered by experienced industry professionals and combine current research with practical strategies, interactive activities, and real-world application. Whether you are looking to strengthen your own counselling skills, deepen your understanding of career development theory, or build capability in working with diverse client groups, or you are a team leader seeking to develop these capabilities across your staff, our program offers flexible learning opportunities to support professional growth at both the individual and organisational level.

Available throughout Australia in both online and face-to-face formats, our workshops provide opportunities to connect with colleagues, share ideas, and develop innovative approaches to career development practice. Participants receive high-quality learning resources and leave each session with practical tools and strategies to enhance the services they provide.
