Invoicing Procedures

This page has been set up to provide Service Providers with information regarding invoicing. Please refer to the Procedural document and sample invoice below. Both documents include important information in relation to invoicing for approved cancellations.

Cancellation Claims

Where an interview cannot go ahead, due to a technical issue, cannot be backfilled In Person (only) in schools or the full interview day is cancelled with less than 24 hours by the school a $20 cancellation fee will be paid.

An online form is available to claim for these cancellation fees. The form will be validated by the Program Co-ordinator responsible for the school booking, with final approval sitting with the Program Manager. 

Important: There is a 90 day deadline for submitting invoicing for approved cancellations. After this 90 day period the cancellation fees will be voided and can no longer be claimed.

Service Category Claims

Prior to conducting interviews, Program Co-ordinators will inform you of your eligibility for Service category at the time of booking.

Important: There is a 90-day deadline from booked interview date for submitting invoicing for additional payments in connection with approved claims. After this 90 day period the additional payments will be voided and can no longer be claimed.
