Important: Cancellations must be submitted by the end of the booked week and submitted with Invoices within 30 days. After this period, the cancellation fees will be voided and can no longer be claimed.

Please complete this form when your scheduled unpacking interview does not go ahead for one of the following situations:
• Technical issues at the student/school or Morrisby platform end do not allow and interview to be completed
• A booking has been cancelled within 24 hours notice
• No student replacement is available for an unpacking interview for a face to face interview on site at a school or a remote interview via Webex where the student is at home.
If issues are experienced at multiple schools, you will need to complete multiple forms. We recommend filling in this form at the end of the day so that it includes all cancellations. Your form will typically be processed within 5 business days.
