VCEA Funded ACCE Membership

VCEA is funding ACCE membership for approximately 2 career practitioners in each Victorian Catholic secondary school until the end of 2026.

Before applying:

Staff who do not have a formal career qualification with a CICA endorsed course provider can still apply.

Staff can apply for standard, Associate or Professional Membership. Associate and Professional  membership requires the inclusion of a copy of your completed Certificate IV in Career Development or Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice or equivalent (with a CICA endorsed course provider).

New staff seeking membership must complete the expression of interest form below. Funding is limited so please apply as soon as possible. Multiple applications from one school may be capped.

Standard Membership

For individuals with no careers qualifications but would like to keep up to date with what is happening in the careers space.

A Standard member is not recognised as a career practitioner by the ACCE.

Associate Membership

Career practitioners who work in a career development field and who meet the CICA entry-level qualification for Associate status.

Associate Membership applies to individuals who have completed a minimum in the Certificate IV in Career Development with a CICA endorsed course provider.

Professional Membership

Professional career practitioners involved in career development and education that meet the minimum CICA qualification under the Professional Standards.

Professional Membership applies to individuals who have completed a minimum in the Graduate Certificate in Career Development Practice or equivalent with a CICA endorsed course provider.
