New Practitioners Community of Practice

Facilitated by Kerry Brookes, RTO Manager, CEAV Institute

This four-part webinar series for new career practitioners will be held each Monday in May from 3:30–4:30pm (AEST) and is designed to support participants in building confidence, clarity, and connection in their professional roles. This webinar series is open to current ACCE members only.

Each session focuses on a key area of practice, beginning with an introduction to membership services and effective use of the ACCE website. Participants will then explore role clarity, responsibilities, and strategies for managing workload and navigating workplace policies.

Week 3

Key Information and Resources
• Useful websites and professional resources
• What platforms and tools are proving valuable in Term 2
• “Show and Tell” session – participants share a website or resource

Monday 25 May, 3:30pm

Week 4

When Things Feel Challenging
• Leveraging professional networks
• Identifying current supports and gaps
• Strengthening professional connections
• Q&A session

From Week 5-10 ACCE will continue to offer Flexible Support through Optional call-backs, email responses, or Zoom sessions. This will allow opportunity to discuss challenges, clarify uncertainties, or simply debrief.

This will be managed by Online via Zoom or Email or phone 03 9433 8000 to book in a time. Sessions will be recorded and made available to New members that register.
