Beyond the Workbook: Creative Approaches to Career Education

This session invites teachers and career practitioners to explore the new ACCE career education workbooks and teacher guides and how they can be delivered flexibly in or around curriculum. Designed using the Australian Blueprint for Career Development, the resources are also mapped to state curriculums.

The session will highlight the versatile ways the workbooks can be used across year levels 7-12 in different learning areas and educational settings as part of an explicit career education program, within complementary wellbeing initiative, small-group interventions or transition support.

Attendees will be encouraged to think creatively, share professional practice, and collaborate on approaches that respond to the diverse needs, interests and pathways of young people.
