Community of Practice – Specialisation Disability

The ACCE Community of Practice, Specialisation Disability, (CoP) was established to support schools, school practitioners and pathway coordinators to deliver career services to improve transitioning outcomes for young people with disability. It is an opportunity for members to connect and explore strategies to enhance outcomes for young people with disability to improve transitioning into skills, study and mainstream employment.  

In 2025 the CoP (Disability) will engage participants and guest speakers around key topics such as:
· School to work transition Ideas
· Connecting with NDIS providers
· Adaptive technologies for work
· Work Experience

CoP participants are expected to be professional and active within the group and share their professional knowledge, ideas and issues.
