Community of Practice – Specialisation Disability

The ACCE Community of Practice (Specialisation Disability) was established to support schools, school practitioners and pathway coordinators to deliver career services to improve transitioning outcomes for young people with disability. It is an opportunity for members to connect and explore strategies to enhance outcomes for young people with disability to improve transitioning into skills, study and mainstream employment.

Participants are expected to be professional and active within the group and share their professional knowledge, ideas and issues.
