Reconciliation Action Plan

Our Reconciliation Action Plan is our commitment to progress reconciliation with First Nations peoples. It recognises the rich cultural history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders as the custodians of the world’s oldest surviving cultures. ACCE acknowledges that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander sovereignty was never ceded.

ACCE established its RAP Working Group in 2024 to build on its commitment to develop a workforce of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander career practitioners and Close the GAP for students and adults in community. Our Reflect RAP supports our work and our sphere of influence in education where we can improve our society through dignity, respect, equality and opportunity.

Our RAP plan aligns strongly to the ACCE Cultural Charter and our national Professional Standards for Career Development Practitioners.
